Twenty-four College of Science, Engineering and Technology (CSET) students traveled to the 26th National Fattah Conference on Higher Education held in Philadelphia, February 17-19. The conference focused on the challenges, opportunities and rewards of post-graduate education. NSU was among the largest group of attendees from outside the Philadelphia area. Record Year: $20M in Awards

Norfolk State University received $20.246 million in awards during fiscal year 2010-11—the highest level received in the history of the University, according to Joseph C. Hall, vice president for research and economic development. NSU Names Terricita Sass Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management

Norfolk State University has named Terricita Sass assistant vice president for enrollment management effective immediately. Prior to her new appointment, she served as the interim executive director for enrollment management. Sass will be responsible for providing leadership to the offices of admissions, financial aid, registrar, new student orientation and customer care. NSU Men Win 4th Straight MEAC Cross Country Title

The Norfolk State men’s cross country team won its fourth consecutive Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference championship and 11th in the last 12 years on Sat., Oct. 29, on the campus of Maryland Eastern Shore.
